Some ingredients, such as retinoids, hydroquinone, and certain essential oils, may be a concern during pregnancy. In our The One Serum, Bakuchiol is present as a natural alternative to retinol. Although it is considered safer and less irritating than retinol, limited information is available on its safety during pregnancy.
